Brogame, Brogame doesn't keep promises, they do keep your money Nationwide

I found their site last night and decided to check out pricing. I've been working crazy hours and I've not had time to keep up with my friends. Anyway I speak to the online support person who gives me a price. I ask 3 times for specifics to ensure what they say they are giving me is what I want. Once I'm happy I place the order. They said they would start leveling in 3 hours. I come back and 8 hours later, nothing. I go to live support again, they say the leveler just got in and will start shortly. I say ok and see them log me in and 45 minutes later log out. I ask Live support if there is a problem and they say no.

Then I get a message saying they can not do the levels for what I paid. I paid what they told me to pay. They want me to order a package that covers several levels I've already completed. I say no just give me a refund. They've continued to give me things I have to do to get a refund but so far, no refund, no levels and apparently little concern on their part to oppertate professionally.
