Brogame MONEY SCAM GOLD NEVER DELIVERED BUT THEY SAID IT WAS!!!! BLANK Nationwide

I have been ordering currency from Brogame.com in Everquest 2 for close to a year now. I have ordered over 30 times from this company without a single problem UNTIL NOW. Everytime I order , i usually log onto live chat and check the status the following day. Well, this time they had told me they delivered 5 hours ago. So I log in to check my mail and nothing. I hop back on live chat and explain to them that I have no currency and they give me an email address to complain to and then proceed to tell me that their manager will be at the office in about 10 hours. I wait around and finally 10 hours later I hop on live chat and they say the manager doesnt talk on the chat and that I have to email the complaint department. So I send an email in and a couple days later receive a reply showing screenshots of them sending mail to my character with the currency in mail window etc etc. The only part they left out was the message that says (you have sent 50 platinum to ******). I have been waiting about a week now for them to deliver and all they keep telling me is that they have finished the order and to check my mail. Mail takes 30 minutes to arrive, not 5 days. At the present time they are giving me the run around but I have already reported non delivery to my CC company. Please, do not order from this company. They will build your trust and then rob you.
