Brogame keeping money and not doing what they have said

i to have also had probelms with brogame. i orderd there powerleveling service only to discover that the were useing a botting programe. brogame deny this and say the do all the powerleveling by hand. i had me account banned after a short time of them useing this bot and i know it was a bot as blizzard contacted me and told me so. when i asked live chat about this they told me i would get a full refund. i wated 4 days with getting anywhere with them and they kept holding me off telling me each time to come back in 12 hours. i eventually give up as i didnt know what else to do and not only did i lose my account with cost me 70$ i also lost the money i paid them witch was 250$ my advice is stay well away from these people as you will never get you money back if any thing goes wrong. they made me really angry
