Ordered a NC6000 latex mattress and frame set in early April. Paid in full with a credit card.

Was promised delivery in 2-3 weeks. Called after that time and was told the mattress was ready, but the frame was a problem. Told to check back in 10 days for delivery date.

Called 10 days later and no one answers the phones (800 and local number). I have been trying for 2 weeks to contact Will, Kathy or Shannon via telephone and email, but to no avail I guess it is just a big RIP-OFF! I sure would like to hear a rebuttal from them!!!
