the customer's complaint and disputes her allegations. Buy Owner has provided all
of the services that were contracted for. Below are facts in response to those complaints:

1. At the seller's request, an initial meeting was conducted between a Buy Owner representative, at which time the client "selected" that was most
appropriate for her selling circumstances.

2. If in fact the options the veteran representative recommended did not
suit the seller's budget or needs, they never should have moved forward with the marketing campaign.

3. In response to the seller's complaints, our customer service staff is available 7 days a week and are dedicated to support our customers with
any editing of their advertising information. Any errors on the website need to be corrected, absolutely. That is the reason we send a proof
of the text and Internet information. We request the seller "sign off" on this proof and make any necessary corrections. We need to be given the opportunity to correct any errors. The detailed notes in the system reflect the changes mentioned, however, 2 of the 3 errors were a
result of information entered from the original paperwork, signed by this customer. One phone call to our office and this was rectified.

In addition, we provide a metal yard sign and additionally small directional signs to be placed at the front of the street or subdivision to
