Resales Buy Owner South Daytona, Florida

My husband and I were contacted by Diane Ball from Resale Buy Owner to sale our timeshare. She called us continously and she final got us on the phone and told us how she could sell our property really fast within 30 days. She explained to us that her track record was the best and provided us with her License #: TC3330 to confirm  what she was saying was true. My husband and I checked the website that she gave us and it was true. We advised her that we needed to talk it over and get back with her. After we didn't continue her, she called again with this great offer, if we paid $450.00 upfront to start the listing she could have it sold immediatly. She explained that our property was the best on the market and that people were contacting her because they wanted to purchase it. She faxed us the contacted we signed it and faxed it back. She called and said she was going on a 90 minute tour to show other property and would have it sold in no time as there was a big event going on that weekend. She called to give us status 2 twice and after that we have not heard from her. My husband and I have tried to call them with no response. I called and left a message last week and no one called back. I called again today 6/8/2010 and the number is disconnected. All we want is our $450.00 back as the company didn't do anything they promise but put the listing online without any pictures. We could have done that.
