I was contacted by Gina Newton from Resales Buy Onwer on February 10,2006 regarding selling my Time Share. She miss lead us into thinking they were going to sell our time share for $35,000 as they had several buyers interested in the 3 bedroom lockout unit we owned in the Mystic Dunes Timeshare.  At the time they were retailing for $39,500.

In fact Gina also lead us to beleive she would have buyers calling right away. They had a special of only $700 a discount from $899. The same day my American Express card credit card was charged and one week later we received our contract. By April 18th we realized it was a rip off. I tried on the 18th through the 21st of April 2006 and could not reach them by phone or Email.  

Gina and the company she represented are dishonest and praying on people who don't know any better. 

We were fools to trust her speel.

We just returned to the USA a month ago and we want Gina and the company to be prosecuted...
