I was contacted by Gina Newton from Resales Buy Onwer on July 23,2006 in response to an Email about selling my Time Shares. She was extremely careful in what she said and I was miss lead into thinking they were going to sell them for me at an outragous price.

I was lead to beleive she would have buyers calling immediately that evening. The next day my credit card was charged $899.00 and about two weeks later I received both my statemant and a contract. When I read it carefully I realized it was a rip off when I could not reach them by phone or Email. Their address is too long for AOL. and my calls were not returned.I sent a registered letter to both my credit card and to Resales.

Gina called imediately and tried to talk me out of cancelling. I told her that BBB had complaints and my Time Shares were not worth 1/4 of what she quoted. I asked for my money back but to date nothing.

To Fern in Edison New Jersey please file a complaint with the consumer affairs www.njconsumeraffairs.gov very important to do so trust me. I have information I will not disclose here. But file on ASAP I also have been taken for lots of money.

I too had an awful experience with Resales buy owner. Ive made numerous phone calls and have only been able to speak to a recording every time!!! I think its time that this company gets exposed Ive contacted the local news company for daytona beach. Maybe if enough costumers complain this company will be exposed and we will be refunded. I have the return receipt from the post office

I have the return receipt from the post office signed for by another employee, Shawn Klee, on 8/9/06 so you might start by asking him about it. By the way this is the first I've heard from you since I told you I would not be signing your contract.

Hello Fern,
I was alarmed and dismayed when this was brought to my attention. I remember our ONLY phone conversation. You expressed that you did not realize that I was going to charge your card right away for the marketing fee. I then reminded you of our previous conversation where I had explained that by providing you with a verification phone call (which we did) that we would be able to start marketing immediately. You are and have been included in all of our internet and outside promotions. We have not received your certified letter, a letter from your credit card company or your signed contract. Please track your certified letter and have it redilivered or send proof of delivery to us. This is the second time you mentioned not being able to email ud because our email address is too long for aol?!? I think you must have something set up on your aol incorrectly, I've never had this complaint before from any of our many aol clients.I also gave you my direct email. Please contact me directly, I've left you a phone message as well. I am sorry for any inconvenience and do strive for a resolution to our problem.
