Resales Buy Owner Patrick Hollingsworth, Alex Wasco, Cheryl Clay,Mike Hooper, Jack Wasserman promises, lies, no communication, a complete rip-off - need to be stopped South Daytona, Florida

Sales people lied outright in order to get our money. They promised they had a buyer for our Timeshare. Once the contract was signed we received a call to say the buyer's finances fell through.

First contact with this company was May 2009, since that time communication was nil. Never returning calls.

Salesman Alex Wasco promised that if we reduced the price of the timeshare he had a buyer. We need only pay one half of the fee now and the rest was due when we received our money. That was $5,500 US

We did not have to list with this company as we were already using another company for advertising only. Alex Wasco says "they haven't sold it - have they?" I have buyers standing by." He promised the sum of $70,000 which was for the sale and rental of our unit.

Too good to be true I said..........DEFINITELY NO - NOT INTERESTED.

He mentions that he works closely with RCI, of which we have membership and does these transactions all the time. Being in the business for 15 or so years, he did not get that far by lying and leading customers on - HA

At one point or another we had one contact only with the following: Michelle Green, Patrick Hollingsworth, Alex Wasco, Dawn ?, Cheryl Clay, Jack Wasserman - no return calls were received from many hundreds of messages we sent.

January 2010 we visited the business location of Resales Buy Owner, in South Daytona, accompanied by the South Daytona Police. (The police, who are located adjacent to this business say that all they see personel doing is playing video games on the big screen TV.) When we entered the building - it was filthy. Boxes of filled out contracts laid overflowing on the floors. We were directed to the basement to speak to the Head Administrator, Jill Smith. This place was a shambles, claiming a flood, and they needed to clean up. *(this flood if any occured last year, as they were always using this as an excuse when we called customer service). Jill said she would give the bosses, Jack Wasserman and Mike Hooper the message that we wanted to see them.

We waited in the parking lot and got to speak with Mike Hooper as he arrived- who seeing that we were upset, and that I had pages of lawyers to be looked up in my hand, said "We do not want to get lawyers involved" He would get back to us. He called on our cell phone for a meeting the next day.

The next day we met Jack Wasserman who with our contact in his hand - said - I have signed contracts - you have no case.

WE ARE MAD THAT IS WAS LIES AND DECIEPT USED BY THESE EMPLOYEES THAT GOT US TO SIGN THE CONTRACT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED AND PUT OUT OF BUSINESS

We have a full year's of documentation to substantiate our claim and would gladly meet with anyone to help put this business out of commission. - BETTER STILL TO ALSO RETURN THE MONEY THEY STOLE FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE.
