Cali bamboo Claimed the product that we purchased was not the problem , it was the installers San Diego California

Purchased Cali click lock flooring, had it installed by Lowe’s, acclimated it longer then what was required, on the installation day as soon as he started to install it he had problems , it would not click together , called the flooring specialist from local Lowe’s she came out noted the problem with flooring , called it a wash but told the installer to proceed and finish the floor the best he could , he did , looked just ok but definite problems. As we waited for this to get resolved huge shrinking occurred, pulling away from walls etc. Cali sent out a well known and used floor inspector , he did all the tests sent samples back he acknowledged it was a product problem to us and also improper installation! Cali replaced all of the product— why would they do that if it wasn’t a product problem? Anyway they sent two boxes to Lowe’s for us to inspect and see if it clicked together, it appeared fine , I wasn’t to confident in that it was. Lowe’s redid the work but we chose not to pull up the old because I KNEW it was a product problem and so had them install the new product in two other rooms! Exact same problems! Even worse! I contacted Cali bamboo not for compensation but rather to insist this was a product problem , and it has nothing to do with the installers, they as said I didn’t know what I was talking about! Corporate greed is ugly and that’s how it ended! We’re living with the floor , it’s just disappointing as we aren’t wealthy, , this was quite an investment for us! Very disappointed! I have many pictures of all the gaps and split quarter rounds , Pictures that clearly show that it is a product problem!
