Cali bamboo Defective fencing product Lumboo total rip off not even sold any longer supposed to last 20 years San diego California

I purchased bamboo fencing products fron Calibamboo because I was told ans it stated on their website that this product would last 20 years in any environment. I received my product in July of 2010. At first the fence was beautiful and I couldn't have been happier with the out come. Then came winter, and after the first winter I noticed cracking on some of the "Lumboo" boards. Then is started on the posts and by the next winter one section had fallen down. So I reinforced all of the posts with metal straps that clamp ppies hoping to save the rest of the fence.

I went back onto the website and noticed that the 5 year guarantee for the sealant was changed to three so I purchased additional sealant and sealed the fence again. This did not work either. Now less that four years later the whole thing is falling down or has Already fallen down. 

The Lumboo post that were supposed to be strong and better than pressure treated wood have  totally disintegrated into the the pieces that were pressed together.  I was lead to believe this product was not only environmentally friendly but was better than traditional lumber. This is not the case. 

I have seen picutres of the others that purchased this product and mine are exactly the same. I also believe that the company knows this and it is why it was taken off the market. 

We the consumer should not be liable for repairs or replacement costs associated due to the inferior quality of this product. Repair costs are running between 7800 - 8200 . Replacement costs are running between 8500 - 9500. This is not chump change we are talking expenses of 18k to 20k in less than 5 years for fencing that was supposed to last for 20 years .
