camping world Coburg Oregon Sales people lie to you coburg Oregon

Lied to by sales manager and sales persons. Was told they would set up our hitch and distribution bars for right heigth for towing on new 2015 Palamino trailer before signing contract. Went to pick up trailer and they didn't have saddle clamps on frame for distribution bars and were not going to put them on. Went back to sales manager and sales person and they denied that either one of them said that, so calling me and wife liars. Was in the store by the front entrance and started raising my voice and a bunch of sales people and managers finally came and they took clamps off trade in and put on my new trailer.

Just one of the lies they told me before signing contract. They allso told me that they were paying an extra $500 over payoff cost for trade in incase any hidden expense and if thier was over payment the bank would send me a check for any thing over. Jusst found outt they didn't do that, just paid it off.

Plus getting the cosmetic mistakes on trailer fixed is like getting a tooth pulled. All I know once my name was on dotted line my whole expieriance changed. Sevice people not as helpful and sales people don't care about you any more. Service personel are not as helpful when it comes to warranty work and seem not tocare.

Just my opion but I'm warning people not to deal with Camping world!!
