Camping world BUYER BEWARE!!! Crossroads build crap and they know it. They won't stand behind their product.

Crossroads build crap and they know it. They won't stand behind their product. Camping world sells  their inferior units everyday to unsuspecting people. At first camping world tried to slide in almost 3k in warranty we didn't want and they drug their feet for months getting us a refund. Once they did refund they would only apply to loan so not to offset sales numbers. They didn't even register our unit with the factory so we had an uphill battle from the start even getting approved for warranty repairs. Our unit has been in shop for over 6 months some of which it was under warranty and they won't reimburse the missed warranty.  Now crossroads is deleting any negative posts to their FB page and blocking unsatisfied customers which makes it even worse. Crossroads does not care at all about integrity, quality products or customer service. Go to "crossroads dissatisfied customers" and "Crossroads owners" for more info.  We bought a brand new crossroads zinger 32 RE December 2013. as soon as we started using it we realized everything they used to build it was cheap and slapped together without any regards to quality. Within a few trips we had over 20 issues some of which were major; On the first rain gutters weren't pitched correctly, the door leaked and 2 windows leaked. All the water on the roof ran right down the middle of coach and in the window in kitchen. I went out in the pouring rain and noticed that they hadn't even sealed around the window I had to fix it myself. They never nailed the paneling inside the bedroom so it was coming off. The exterior paneling was bowing out and whipping in the wind when we drove on highway.  We got our list of over 20 plus items and took it back. After 2 months of wasted time sitting at the repair facility (while still under warranty) they finally got started. Crossroads tried to cut every corner they could and even instructed camping world to just dry out the rotten wood and give it back to us.  Once they started opening trailer up they found leaks everywhere. The front door and 2 windows have to be replaced, the exterior paneling wasn't stapled and was about to blow off, both slide outs had to be removed and replaced along with front nose and seals, slide seals have been leaking since it was built, the entire floor has been ripped out, the walls are rotten and have to be replaced, all the kitchen cabinets and entertainment cabinets are damaged, all the plywood in the living room is removed, all the paneling is off in the bedroom, both gutters had to be redone, all appliances had to be detached and reset, all kitchen plumbing being removed and replaced and the list goes on and on. They have had my unit for over 6 months and are still not done yet. They wouldnt give me a new unit. Theyve fought every attempt for decent repair.  I asked for a warranty extension and they refused. In summary crossroads builds about the sorriest RV on the market camping and world sells them everywhere they won't stand  behind their product and they don't care if u waste your hard earned money or time.  BUYER BEWARE CROSSROADS AND CAMPING WORLD ARE TERRIBLE COMPANIES ACROSS THE BOARD FROM THEIR PRODUCT TO THEIR ETHICS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our unit has leaked since the day it was built I am just thankful we caught it while it was still under warranty.
