Camping World Did not honor warranty to repair leaking skylight and have destroyed our RV Jacksonville Nationwide

Camping World has given us the run around since we took our RV in for warranty work 2 months after we purchased it brand new.  The skylight in the bathroom was leaking.  They said they fixed it, but it continued to leak.  Now, a year and a half later and numerous trips to Camping World for 'evaluation', our RV is still not repaired and of course, it is now out of warranty and unfit to sell.  How can it be legal for a company to keep putting you off until they don't have to cover it any more?  All the legalize on the paperwork you have to sign to purchase the RV makes them not responsible for anything.  And so they don't care.  We have taken our RV into a Camping World for evaluation or repair a total of 8 times (not counting the times we stopped to get an appointment because they wouldn't return our calls) and our list of problems keeps getting longer.  We have a lemon, but FL law does not cover the 'living area' of an RV.  So they can let the water leak in, destroy the walls and ceiling and the electric system and we have no recourse.  They won't return our phone calls and usually the only way we ever got an appointment was to stand at the service desk and not leave until they gave us one.  They they cancel the appointment because they don't have the parts.  They never ordered them--so of course they don't have the parts!  They have consistently demonstrated that they do not want to do warranty work on these RVs.  They know they don't have to.  They never said it was not covered under warranty and this is how much it would cost to fix it.  They did try to tell us it was tree damage and to have our insurance cover it.  The insurance company denied the claim because it was clear that the damage was due to an improperly installed skylight and not tree damage.  Here we sit writing this letter to say: STAY AWAY FROM CAMPING WORLD!
