CAPITAL HOME SHIELD This company is a fraud!!! DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE! False Advertisement / False Promises / No Assistance Inglewood, California

I signed up for this warranty thinking it was legit.  I sent a request for service via their website.  I also called.  No response whatsoever.  No emails... No call back... And the site is supposed to be able to track the request.  It does not.  It just shows a case number and everthing else is BLANK.  I've opened a case w/ our state's Department of Insurance.  BBB shows this company currently with a rating of an F.  They are not an accredited business of BBB.  BBB's report is found here:  http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/homeowner-insurance-and-warranty-services/mn-home-warranty-in-north-miami-beach-fl-90005099.  Also note that As of October 6, 2010 the State of Washington's Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC), Case No. 10-0186 ordered MN Home Warranty Corp., doing business as Capital Home Shield and Capital Home Shield.com, and their officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents and affiliates (Respondents) to immediately cease and desist.  SPREAD THE WORD!
