CAPITAL HOME SHIELD FRAUD COMPANY TAKE MONEY INTERNET FRAUD North Miami, Florida

Back in October we purchased on line home insurance through "Capital Home Shield" for the amount of $989.00. The operator Geoff Griffin, I spoke to convinced me to purchase three years of full coverage insurance called "Platinum Package" The Quote Number I was given for Capital Home Shield Policy No.

I was told the transaction went through and I was given a moneyback guarantee. The company "Capital Home Shield" has not sent me any policy information or emailed me any receipt or ANY information regarding my new insurance policy.

About a month a go I started to get concerned and I started emailing them to their address listed on the site, I sent the same email 4 times and I tried to phone and the website says they are having difficulties with their phone system. I noted on the website another phone contact that was for payment related issues, so I called that number which I found out was a call center in India and they no longer service Capital Home Shield Insurance company. The name of the person I spoke to was Jone at 1888 255 1137.

The website address I was referred to for home insurance is http://www.capitalhomeshield.com/ and I did check them out that day and did not find any bad reports but since the few weeks after I did not receive any policies or emails I started to get concerned and between then and now have found many bad reports about how it is a scam!

I have emailed them on the 7th December 8th December, 15th November 22nd November but I have never received one call back or email returned. The Transaction withdrawal was on CAPITAL HOME SHIELD N - $989.00 on the 1st November 2010

They have another number which is also busy 1877-289-9818 and I emailed them thru their website info@capitalhomeshield.com and the website has a dispute and questions.
