I received a notice today stating that "Due to the changes in the economic environment" my interest rate will be raised to 17.9%.

I am a customer in good standing, pay on time, at leat 3 to 4 times more than the minimum required payment. I've had this card for several years now and feel completely betrayed.

How much is Capitol One asking from the government? Why are the customers being punished besides the GREED of the company.

Is a Class Action Suit called for?

Let's hear it people. There are probably millions out there getting shafted just like me.
