Capital One Credit Cards Hopelessly Incompetant and Extortionate McLean Virginia

From the day I ordered this card, these people have been nothing but trouble. The first card was never delivered, someone stole and authorized the card from the WRONG telephone number and put 4 grand on the thing before I even got a statement. The hassle to sort out the fraud was wretched. Then the new card got stolen two years later and they locked me out of the online info, took three months to send a replacement or statements without which I could not review the account for fraud either online or on the phone. Every time I have called them they put me on hold which drops me into the pool of incoming calls AGAIN and I have to start all over again explaining the problems. They assessed me late fees for the entire time I was without access to the card and charged their highest rate of interest on the GD fees, calling them "cash items". These people are from hell and David Spade, their corporate spokesman deserves to go there with them.
