My daughter got a Capitol One student credit card. On the 1st statement they added a protection program she did not request. She called and canceled. Next statement they had not removed the charge and charged a finance charge as well as adding a credit inform charge for another non requested program. Customer service refused to do anything and would not let us talk to a supervisor.

We canceled the card and are paying the disputed charges just to be rid of these money hungry idiots.

Let this be a warning to all.
