I bought a car about 2 years ago from Car Hop in Everett Washington. When I first got it the car ran fine no problems about a couple of months down the road I started to notice things about the car the light on the dash board went out and the control nobs on the air started to come off and then I started getting flat tires because the tires on there were old and never replaced. My front brakes started to go out had to replace those and now my transmission needs to be replaced and it would cost me more to replace it verses getting a new car. I believe Car Hop does not check their cars before they sell them I believe all they do is clean them up and put them out on their car lot. I believe they are selling lemons instead of good reliable cars.

Oh No!

It just doesn't work that way!  Cars have tires and they are supposed to last the length of the life of the car.  Not only that...when was the last time any of you had your nobs fall off?  If that happened you'd be running to the doctor!  Nobs are never supposed to fall off.  And now the transmixer is bad.  They took advantage of the little guy after they received billions and billions in taxpayer dollars to bail them out.

Most of the things you complain about (i.e. tires, brakes, lights, etc...) are things you should have checked out before you bought it.    These are normal maintenance items that the owner of a used car is responsible for.

Here's where it gets really funny :

" now my transmission needs to be replaced  "

You've been driving this used car for two years.   Do you realize how absurd it sounds when you claim that this seller should have somehow known what would happen to a used car TWO YEARS after the sale?    If that is truly your expectation, you should buy only new cars with factory warranties.

I have two questions,
Question #1.  Why did You not check the car out before YOU bought it? If you had checked out the car before YOU bought it, then YOU may have been able to buying their lemon.

Question #2  What was the year on the car?  Remeber cars are machines, and machines wear out.
