I took my car to several places for an estimate on a brake job for my pontiac. The last place I took my car was Car-X. After they did the job I had trouble stopping.

When I took the car back they said they looked at it and fixed the problem. But my car still wouldn't stop. I took the car back two more times and the third time they told me they didn't know what to do and asked me not to bring the car back any more.

I really needed my car to stop so I took it to Midas. They told me that my brakes were shot and that Car-X put on the cheapest rotors and brake pads they make. Midas also said that Car-X never adjusted anything or greased the slides,they just slapped on the pads and rotors.

Car-X refused to refund my money so I could pay Midas for a real brake job so I'm out $300 bucks. Don't let this clip joint touch your car or you'll be as sorry as I am.

I Paid $300.00, for a Muffler , $150.00 dollars, Part, $150.00 Dollars Labor!!   Everything fell apart, driving it back to Car X, work done by High School student..  No word of gaurantee, they just gave me an estimate to fix it all over again. Another  couple hundred...
