CAR/X CAR X Stole my trunk Spare Tire, replaced it with a destroyed spare St Louis Missouri

I was doing an in-depth cleaning of the truck of my car yesterday, lifted the fabric piece that covered the mini spear tire in my Saturn, and was shocked to find a spare that was shredded on one side.

I had a flat two years ago, removed the flat, installed the spare, then drove two miles to this Car X (3460 S Kingshighway Blvd) to have them patch the tire. The mini spare had previously NEVER been used. I was told they couldn't patch the tire but had to replace it (and that I needed to buy two for the front of the car). As I was paying I was told my spare had been replaced in the trunk. It never occurred to me to check to see if it was the tire I drove in with.

Two years later I am cleaning the car and find a tire, same Firestone tire but this one is shredded along one side. They switched it! I could not have driven to this store with the tire in that condition.

I have emailed the company and demanded that replace the tire. I still have my receipt for the tire replacement.
