I borrowed $800 from carecredit for the final stage of a tooth implant. I paid them off in their promotional period, and according to the contract, should owe nothing in finance charges. They have charged me 2 late fees, totalling $54 on a zero balance. Not just unfair, but totally goes against the language in the promotion. They won't listen to reason, so here I am.

I paid it off, now I get a late "fee" assessed on a late fee? I paid it off within your promotional time period. Extremely misleading at best.

Late fees are not finance charges. They are accessed when your payment is not received by the due date. Finance charges, interest, was not charged by your post, so they didn't violate the offer. You were just late with two payments.

Synchrony Bank Care Credit I was given $1500 care credit paid over twice the minimum amount due. One year later I was charged $390 for deferred interest. I was NEVER told if the entire balance was not paid off in a year they would charge all the back interest.Orlando Florida

Sleek Spa Dr. Haramis Dr Haramis, performed a terrible surgery and never fixed it. They were suppose to refund me and never did. I had paid Dr. Haramis by applying to care credit. The staff pushed me to apply for a loan. Sleek Spa never refunded the amount and now care credit is sending me to court for this. Sleek Spa never responded as they just disappeared.
