Care credit Charged me twice for "promotional" deals that they never even informed me of. Added $450 to my account. It more than tripled my monthly payments. Orlando Florida

I was making monthly payments to Care Credit. Had my bill down to $700. Next month I get my bill, its $1,000. I didn't even make a purchase & my payment was received on time. I call the company. They tell me oh you didn't pay your bill within the "promotional period" so I get charged $300 for that. What promotional period? I was never informed of a promotional period. Plus it was never on my bill. The following month I get charged another $150 promotional period. Thats $450. Bringing my total to $1,150. And I didn't even make a purchase. I contacted the BBB. All Care Credit did was refund $60. $60 of the $450. BBB won't do anything about it. That isn't fair. Never gonna use Care Credit again.

Exactly what did you expect the BBB to do? YOU and many others have been fully DECEIVED by the BBB and all their BS! The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body. The BBB has ZERO POWER to do ANYTHING. The ONLY purpose of the BBB-BS is to SELL their PHONEY ratings and accreditations to ANY business which wants to BUY it. As part of the BBB-BS con-game is the practice of DECEIVING the public into thinking they have some law enforcement powers WHICH THEY DO NOT!!! This is why they refer to themselves as "the bureau" as the FBI -and other VALID law enforcement operations do! It is all a very calculated and deliberate SCHEME and is WELL KNOWN among the business community. REMEMBER...the BBB is full of BS. They have ZERO POWER to do ANYTHING. Their PHONEY accreditations and PHONEY ratings are available to ANY business which wants to buy them.
