carhop rude, dishonest, unprofessional managers, auburn, Washington

I bought a car from Carhop when my leased car was totalled by a tree.  At the time since I already had a car loan this place was the only establishment that would finance me.  I understand that Carhop prays on people like me who are desperate for a car, However that doesnt give them the right to treat people with disrespect.  After filing bankruptcy I decided to still make payments on the vehicle, however after 7months of making 324 dollar payments on a car that was only worth 2500 dollars my attorney advised me to surrender the vehicle to Carhop since the payoff was 4000 and I had already paid 4500. 

I returned the car and a month later received many tickets in my name for the vehicle.  I tried to contact the manager at carhop in auburn was after 10 days and no response I called back only to be told to shut up atleast 5times and told it was my problem so pay the tickets or figure it out.  No one at the lot or in finance at told me it was my responsibilty to change the title.  I thought this was there responsibility.  I'm grateful that I was able to purchase a vehicle but if I would have know this could happen I would have taken the bus.  This place is a joke stay clear no matter how desperate you are.
