Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Plain and simple, they're a bunch of scam artist. Bought a BMW Roadster from there and it's been in their service department more than I've driven it in four months. Seems the guys like to take it home or wherever since there are miles put on it each time I leave it.
They've broken more than they've fixed. I've got speakers that pop and crackle yet they say they replaced them but oddly enough I put a mark on two of them and the marks still there!
Stay away from this company. They're ripoffs of the worst kind.
And don't purchase from Circut City. They own it too.

A woman from CarMax Corporate office called me today and naturally defended the company like crazy. They lies were unreal. She went so far as to tell me that she was told that I had my boyfriend take one of the seats out of my car and that's how the motor got broken. It's a two seater car so ya kinda need both seats and what she failed to know was that I'm newly divorced and have NO boyfriend. LOL. The whole bunch are just liars. I think it's part of the employment screening.
