 I called and and wanted to cancel my protection plan. this is what i was told to do. as i call them, they say that they can not help unless i send them a letter or an email. stating the info that they needed to cancel it. so they told me to get on their website and get the email. as i put the address in the address bar, and hit enter. it will not pull up the website. it is a blank page with nothing on it.

Sounds like they're are giving you the run around.  Whenever I called they just asked me for the last 8 digits of my vin number. The next time you call get the full name of the person you are talking to and include their name in your rip off report

CARS Protection Plus I havd a car warranty with this company, it does not pay for covered parts, there are so many stipulations involved so that they don't havee to cover the parts for car, my car has been in the repair shop for 8 days, they will only covre 25.00 for the rental car, stating, they only cover 8.8 hrs which is the amount of time it takes to repair the transmission...Murrysville Pennsylvania
