WORST, Absolutely WORST company out there. Dealer only sells Cars and all but forced it down my throat. Filled a claim, NOTHING absolutely nothing was covered. Even where specifically listed on my ppwk. WTF? Then, I find out that they bought a JUNK YARD to save money. How dare they??? Then, when I called the dealer, he said his rep some Sandy woman, didn't care nor wanted to hear my nonsense.

Nothing but chatter. Of course, you cannot find my contract----how predictible. Just like the rest of your crappy company. How about addressing the fact that you use parts from your juckyard that you purchased specifically to sell to us idiots who buy your piece of crap warranties?????Hmmmmm forgot to address that didn't you????? Thought so.

I am sorry you are having difficulties with the coverage you purchased. I have tried to find your contract and have no record of a claim under the name James, Jim, or Jimmy Sullivan.
If you feel there were items listed on your contract for which you did not receive coverage, I strongly urge you to call our office at 888-335-6838 to resolve the matter. We take all complaints very seriously and have found most issues arise from customers not understanding their service contract.
