Bought Hid headlights for my 05 Dodge Ram. On first installation the lights flickered on low beam. Then one of the bulbs quit working altogether. Each problem was reported with emails and phone calls. They kept saying the parts are in the mail and will be there early next week. The parts never showed up.The problem was never rectified and now I am back to factory lighting.

The bulbs were supposedly being sent overnight to me. Nothing showed up, not that I was even the least bit hopeful. Just another lie on top of many other lies.

Sent the company a nasty email telling them exactly what i thought of them and there product. They said new product would be delivered tomorrow. Wil see if they come thru
