After reading all the policies on company site and high customer rating, I orderd an HID kit for my family van on November 23, 2014. The kit arrived on November 28. As soon as I opened the box I knew that the kit was nothing but a cheap immitation because it did not have marks of country of origin nor name and logo of a manufacturer. Despite the fact that the product was not made in Germany, I tryed to install to avoid aggrovation of return. I was not surprised when I discoverd that the sockets on the kit could not be coupled with the pin on my car due to defective sockets on the kit. 

 I called "customer service" where there is only one person, David, who was very nasty in his response to my request to send me a return label and  my demand of reimburcement. After a week of battle with David, calls and emails, I had not received a return label as the return policy states that in case of a wrong or defective item the customer will be sent a return prepaid shipping label. He has given me an address to return the kit to Canada. I refused to pay $60 out of my pocket. He told me to ship to Canada and he would reimburse shipping and item cost, but I do not trust him. 

 please do not buy anything from that site. That is one man opperation that rips people.
