Had a question about part that was completely exposed to weather and did not seem right. I tried to get help on website but it just responded with "install will take 15 minutes". I called and the person who answered did not even give business name. He said he would call me back after he spoke with a technician but gave me no timetable or even asked my number. I called about the refund process and the 30 day money back guarantee and he would not tell me how to have the refund processed. Very combative and evasive even though I remained calm. He hung up me. Parts are not Made in Germany and don't even have a brand name. The very definition of a shady merchant. Obvious rip-off artist. Wish I had done more research before purchasing but money back guarantee made me confident. A reminder that a promise is only as good as man who makes it.
