cash advance america payday loan fraud- harrassment nationwide

 calls on my cell phone and my personal work number, from a guy with a foreign accent,  first calls were please call him back or have my attorney call back, i ignored calls, figured it was a scam.

Then i received a call stating that i needed to contact them, i needed to be home the next day at a certain time for the FBI and sheriff would be there to arrest me for payday fraud.  I called him back and he got very nasty with me and stated he was calling from an attorneys office and i had a payday loan that i did not pay and wanted to know why i did not pay, i asked who it was with he stated cash advance america, well i never received a loan from them,

he got irrate with me and i got nasty back, he hung up on me.  Then i got a call on my work number wanting to talk to my manager to settle this debt, i told him i was the only one there, he hung up.  The I got a call on my work number that showed up the local sheriffs number i let it go to my voice mail then i checked it and it was the same guy telling me thet they were going to file suit and arrest me.

I called the sherriffs office no one there called me, so this caller used a local number to cover his number somehow. beware of this scam.  do not give them anymore information,  this guy had my SS#, my address at home and work, plus all of my contact phone numbers
