 Ive receiving emails and phone calls from Cash Advance America for several months now demanding that I pay money to them or I will meet them on the courthouse steps and it will cost me $3,000.

I do not have any outstanding payday loans, I do not have any outstanding loans period. They are very nasty. They do not speak English well. They are hard to understand and when given to a supervisor he is no better.

I've tried to get them to tell me more facts but all they do is yell at me. They have my SS# and address, etc.

They have sent me emails to which I responded and heard nothing. I have called the number listed in the email and whoever answered hung up on me once I mentioned Cash Advance.

They use a very good scare tactic and I'm glad to have run across this website.Thid last call they told me to go to WalMart and get a cash advance card, put the money on the card and call them back with the caard number!

How can I get them to stop harressing me?
