I wish I had known about CashCall! I went back and forth several months trying to decide whether to use them or not because I was in a jam. My dad came over one day to use my computer because he was getting a loan through CashCall.
A couple days later, I did the deed! I am so pissed at myself that I have gotten into this mess! They approved me for a $5000 loan, which I allowed them to talk me into so I could have a lower interest rate. What a scam! Now, I'm locked into paying these jerks $254 on the first of every month for who knows how long.
I started paying them June 1, 2007. Now, I am falling behind again and can barely keep up with my other debts because of giving them my extra money. I can't affored to let anything get behind at this point because I have a good credit standing, but at the rate I'm going, it won't be for long. I'm seriously thinking about getting a part time job so I can try to pay them off quicker.
I haven't been late yet, but I did have to call to ask if my pay date could be extended a couple of days last month. I really can't afford to pay them anymore and wish someone would give me a loan to pay them off. I'd rather ow a bank!
I wish someone would put them out of business! I have a feeling I'll be paying them forever!!!

About a week and a half ago, I had to change my checking account information because it had become compromised. The bank is supposed to send me new checks that could take up to 14 days to receive. I had 4 accounts that were automatic debit, cashcall being one of them. The bank could only give me counter checks to fax to the company to do my direct deposit and to send to cashcall. I tried calling them to explain the situation and they were so rude and said that because I didn't call 5 days prior to my due date of 12/1, they couldn't stop my payment. I asked if I would still be charged the returned fee and they told me that they would keep sending the payment to the old account and would be charged $15 each time. I was livid!
I called the bank to let them know that cashcall needed to get their money and to make sure they transferred it when it came through. In the mean time, I faxed them a counter check that was from the bank last week and they have been calling me almost daily to harass me about sending them updated checking account info. I told them that as soon as I get the checks, they would get their info, however until then, don't call me everyday!
These people are totally out of their minds and if they call me again, I'm yelling at them!!

Can't get a bank loan

I tried to get a loan from my bank and credit union. I was declined due to high debt ratio. Even though everything is paid on time, if you have used up too much of your credit, it's just like having bad credit. I guess the financial institutions don't get bill consolidation the way we see it. If my debt was $10,000 less, I would probably be able to get a loan to pay them off. I just recently applied for a part time job to be able to get rid of these suckers!

If you have good credit like you say you do.. why not go to a bank and apply for a loan so you can pay off these bloodsuckers?
Why did you get a loan with this place if you have good credit?
