This morning in the mail my wife received a notice from CBCS stating taht she owed money ($200.89) to CBCS on behalf of the Kansas City Power and Light. What is funny is the KCPL will disconect immediately when payment is not made on time. Since it has been three years since my wife lived in the state of Kansas and she never ree ived one late notice from KCPL we immediately filed a letter of dispute with CBCS. For thos people out there who have had a similar run-in with these "people" let me know how successful the dispute letter is with harassment from them (or do I need to file a complaint with my state's commerce department?
