CBCS Harassing me for someone else's debt, Jacksonville, Florida

CBCS Debt Collectors has been harassing me by telephone since Oct 2010 asking for people who do not reside and has never resided in my home. I don't recognize the names of the people they are asking about and have repeatedly told their representatives, multiple times per day at times that they have the WRONG number. I have had the same phone number for over 20 years and it doesn't belong to the persons they are calling for that I do not know. I do not owe CBCS anything and have no account that has been placed with them. Their reps are rude, obnoxious and refuse to believe that they are calling the wrong person. They also refuse to provide an address, fax number, email address, etc where you can contact the company to tell them to stop calling.

I finally found an address on a blog to send a CEASE/DESIST letter to out of Jacksonville, Florida but the harassment continues.

I would be interested in participating in a class action lawsuit against CBCS for those of us who are being harassed for other people's debts. I have logged and recorded all the calls including those left on my answering machine for other persons.
