cbcs shady debt collecting columbus ohio

I recieved a collection notice for my adult disabled daughter from cbcs. When I called to question this I was told they could not speak to me unless they had permission from the supposed client. I called the client who was a medical facility that my daughter does receive care from. I  was toldmy daughter did not have any past due medical bills. I received a phone call the following day from CBCS saying they could speak to me regarding this matter. It turns out the bills were for another family member and CBCS decided to send a collecton notice to my disabled daughter. While they agreed to remove her name from this debt I find it dispicable to use one family member as a ruse in order to collect a debt. Read and question any and all correspondence from this company..you could be in collection for a debt thats not yours!.
