Cellflirt Without authorization, this website charged my phone bill for a monthly service. Phoenix, Arizona

In 2008, I had a charge on my phone bill from from Cellflirt. I wrote my cell phone provider that I did not order this service. I was given a number to call the company and have the charges removed. I called the number and received credit for the charges along with a text message that I would never be charged again. On my July phone bill, I received a "renewal" charge. I sent a copy of my letter to cellflirt along with another letter to Alltel asking that the charge be deleted. The July charge was credited, but I received another charge on my August bill. I have emailed the company for credit but not received credit. This is an unauthorized charge, a ripoff, and came thru facebook.
