I ordered the trial offer for ten dollars after speaking to a representative. When my trial arrived, there was no paperwork in the box to state shipping date or other information.

I tried the product and decided to return it due to it not working as claimed. I returned it 27 days after arriving the trial bottle. The next day, I received a box with another bottle and I checked my credit card to find that the company had charged me for another bottle. Again, no paperwork in the box.

I have spoken with the supervisor, Sandra (#55), two times but I am unable to get my money back. Sandra sent as request to billing and states that billing will not refund my money. She says there is no one I can speak to in billing. I said I was going to return the bottle and wanted my money back but she said that would not happen. What a ripoff!
