Cellulean is RIP-OFF and a hoax. The product is sticky, gooey, and completely ineffective. Worse than that, the company stealthily charged me for additional supplies of their repugnant product, and when I called to resolve the dispute, a 'team leader' she agree once she receive my second shipment back to their warehouse she will refund me the charges.

I wait few weeks did not get any refund. This time I got a rep who was rude, I request to speak with the manager and she told me guess what, I am. Then she told me that there would be no refund because I had agreed to monthly shipments when I requested the free trial. I told them I return the second shipment they said they never received. I never got my cream back or a refund; I lost 40.00 dollars for that junk. This is the way this companies use their product to turn a profit. The name of the company's owner is a SECRET.
