Cellulean Do Not Back Up Their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Ripoff Diamond Bar California

They claim 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was not satisfied with this product and now they wont give me my money back. What company doesn't give refunds or doesn't return their merchandise when the customer is unsatisfied? That is poor business ethics. It was one of those "We'll send you a free ($10 shipping & handling) 30 day supply, if your not happy just call and cancel" deals. How many people actually read the fine print anyway? Not very many. When I received the product I immediatly knew I was in trouble because they didn't supply me with ANY contact information. And when I ordered it over the internet I didn't copy and paste the information because I assumed they would have some sort of contact information or product usage in the box. I was out of the country for 2 weeks and could not cancel with no contact information. I am familiar with this way of companies doing business because I just ordered something from IQ Cosmetics and they had MORE than enough information (product ingredients, usage guides, etc...and I was easily able to contact them with any questions or concerns and they were very helpful).
I think companies that do business this way(A free supply ..just call and cancel) are very tricky and don't have the better of the customer in mind.

I will be contacting the better businness beureu as well as the rip off report people. And I hope this doesnt happen to many people, because its a pretty sneaky was to do business.
