Free trail advertised. Ordered, used, did not like, sent back product in 30 days. More product sent to me. Sent that product back with a note saying I did not order and credit my charge card. Still got billed. Called,was told I had to call to cancel more shippments. Since I did not call I had to pay for the product I shipped back to them. They did ship back to me the product I shipped them.
Said I checked a box before I ordered that explained the return policy. This is true because I did go back to the site and confirm this.
Feel that if they received my free trail product back they would know I did not want any more of the product. Even if I did not call. Very deceptive advertising. No return policy was enclosed in box.
