My loan was purchased by Cenlar in October and it has been a complete disaster! I have spent more time on the phone with them to get my payments and my account straightened out, I can't even begin to describe the incompetence!
During the transition, they are not allowed BY LAW to charge me any late payment charges...they did. Just when they say i am up to date, I am behind and they are charging me late fee's again...and this is before the end of the month!
I received a check from my home owners insurace company, because Cenlar paid it TWICE.
When you call, IF you can get a live person on the phone, you sit on hold...FOREVER! As I am typing this report, I have been on hold. So far, for 25 minutes.
Please do whatever you can, to avoid this company. I do not believe there is anyone with any integrity working there.

I'm not late, not once. They CLAIM they are missing a payment, but have been provided all documentation showing that I am current.
They also added late payment charges to my account within the 1st 60 days, which is ILLEGAL based on RESPA.

Why are you calling them so much? Oh yes, I see. They are so, so bad because you are constantly late and you turned on the collections machine...which you don't like!
