I thought I was getting a free trail of acai pure for the postage price of $4.95. When I received it in the mail it came with a billing statement of $44.85. So I called the company and the said there were 2 checked items that you had to uncheck, otherwise you had to pay for them too. He also said too bad it is your responsibility to read fine print. I don't recall any fine print. So I also asked the guy how to get back to where I purchased these things. He gave me this web site. acai-pure.com. This does not take you back to the web site.

In order to return the items they want you to pay the postage and 15% restocking fee. What a racket. He said that they have to throw them away even if they are unopennbed and pay some fee for recycling.

He also said I would never be able to purchase anything on the internet again because he was putting me on a black list that would alert all web sites not to let me purchase anything ever again. I asked him why he did that and he said he did it because I was rude.

After you try this product if you don't send back the product because you are not satisfied they charge you another $39.00. So you are only trying the prouduct for 30 days for free, then you get charged.

They also put you on an automatic refill program if don't tell them you don't want to be on there list.
