I purchased on-line what was said to be $1.85 charge for 3 seperate bottles of different vitamins offered through an e-mail I recieved which was to be for their "Special" offer of free shipping. In this on-line order system it did not list the name of the company Cnnnutra. After my orders were placed, I checked my on-line bank account and saw to my horror that I was charged $42.85 for one bottle and $41.85 for the other two!!!!! It then had listed on my account the name of this company and a phone number. I googled Cnnnutra and saw again to my horror the MANY complaints of fraud from other customers who were overcharged, recharged again and again, and most that did not even recieve their product. I immediately contacted my bank and was told that because I purchased on a debit card that they could not stop the transactions, so I had to file a dispute report that my bank would follow up with and hopefully be able to retrieve my money back from this bogus company within maybe 60 days, and also had to report my debit card lost or stolen due to fraud which was another charge to me to replace my cards. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, and whoever else it takes to hear these stories and shut this place down. It's sad that there are places that can get away with this and jeapordize hardworking families well-being by stealing their money!!!!!

After being on hold for about 30 minutes I did speak to a representative at the company and was explained that when I placed my order there were 2 boxes for additional suggested products with each bottle that had to be unchecked if you did not want to purchase these also, and that was what I was being charged for. This is very deceiving because they do not make this obvious on what you need to do, and is exactly what they are hoping people with not see. I requested a full refund back to my account for the three charges and was told that this was done but not sure on how long it would take to post because I had reported fraud on my card. I was also told that I had been "blacklisted" from ever ordering again due to me doing this. We'll see if I get my money back or not, but I will order my health products in store from now on.
