My wife and I believing you were a reputable organization contacted you for a Loan Modification in early Feb 2009. After you took all necessary information and our $3000.00 dollars you were informed numerous times by our bank that they did not do Loan Modifications. We also found out that according to President Obama the Load Modifications would be cost free($3000 is not cost free) We also found out that the Load Modifications were only for Fannie May and Freddy Mac customers which we are not. The Loan Modification would never have been taken by your employees. We were also told by your employees that we could cancel at any time (Diskette Martinez and Michel Davis). We told each of them several times to cancel this action and send all $3000 dollars back. They kept saying we had singed a contract but a fraudulent contract is not enforceable. It is now 4 June 2009 and no money yet. When ever we talk to any of your employees we get a DOG and PONY show. Maybe if we shout loud enough someone in your organization will hear us. CANCEL this action and SEND ALL OF OUR MONEY BACK. We gave Michel until Friday 5 June 2009 to get the money back. As of right now we have notified the Washington Attorney Generals office and several of our major TV investigative reporters about the FRAUD your company has perpetrated on the American people. If there is no money by tomorrow we will add the Washington, California and National Better Business Bureau along with starting a law suit with our own attorney.
