Certified Financial Protection Group transaction with this company cancelled and money cannot be refunded by them Temecula, California

We were enticed by the flier we received through the mail about this modification offering trying to lower a monthly mortgage payment with a low interest rate and that's how we come to encounter this company.

They collected our payment first in order to process th papers after two months we decided to stop them doing our modification and ask them to refund our money but their agent told us cannot and why..under review she said ..how can it be under review now i cancelled that transaction with them on the phone and spoke personally to my lender not to discuss any modification processing with outside company except us-the borrowers?

Our money not refunded? this case will be reported to the special Inspector General For the Troubled Asset Relief Program and I hope the rest victim will go to them for help because tthe government will not allow fraud or scam to work during this time of economic housing crisis.
