Chase Bank ripoff raised my mininum payment by $20, raised my interest rate to 29.99%. Palatine Illinois

Aw-Ha you say, must have been late on a payment. Nope. She told me they had the right to raise the payment to get you to pay off the account faster. I told her if they would lower the interest rate, I could do that for myself with no help from them.

This is after I sent them a payment of $4450. The also send me checks to use at 0% or 3.99% until the balance is payed off. Every bank card that I had, that they took over, has gone the same way.

I have a checking, savings and an investment account with Chase. When I told her that I would be cutting up the Chase cards and closing the bank accounts, She said "Sorry to hear that". Didn't care one bit.

I also had recieved a letter after the $4450.00 payment, giving me more checks because "they didn't want to lose my business. Then they turn around on the phone and say they don't care if I go somewhere with my money. Not much to them, but it is all I have.
