Cheap Tickets.com tickets aren't as cheap as they advertise Internet

To start with I would like to say that I have purchased two so called "deals" with cheaptickets.com. One was a trip to England which went smoothly and another a last minute fare to the Bahamas which took place around March of last year which didn't go so well.

After purchasing this $300 per person 3 night flight and HOTEL deal we were astonished when we arrived to the Pelican Bay resort that our tickets were just a confirmation and that we would have to pay extra for the actual hotel which had to be added reluctantly onto my father's credit card.

Not a great start to a four day family "vacation". What would ahve happened if he had left his credit card at home for this supposably paid for deal-would we have been thrown on the streets? When we returned back from our vacation we had to deal with getting this bill off of the credit card through you and the ONLY componsation we recieved was 10% off of out next exchange with you.

I would also like to state that you advertise on commercials as having better deals than other major ticket suppliers such as Expedia and Orbit which have much lower, prices as you do. I'm not a genius but wouldn't you call that a little phrase known as "false advertisment"? For example, over the last couple of days I have been searching for airfare from Orlando to Miami and expedia.com offered me the same dates over $100 cheaper.
