Thank you for acknowledging my hard work, but you are wrong about my 'trusting nature'. I don't just 'trust' people because I'm a fool. I've been around the block a few times and tend to call things the way I see them. As for 'Diana", do I trust her? Absolutely, especially in these tough times. I wouldn't want anyone else steering the ship. I don't pretend to know her job and the tough decisions she must make on a regular basis. What I do know is, that she has paid her dues. Unlike Trinity now, (where the Director only needs a high school diploma), she has the education, and experience. This lady expects people TO DO THEIR JOBS. I'm also glad you acknowledged the improvements to the cottages that she has made. What the 'hell' was going on before this lady took the reins??? Thank god for 'Diana" getting there. I remember the 'bozo's' that were there before her. It was like that little car at the circus where the clowns just kept coming out. Anyway, I'm going to keep working hard and busting my a*s. I know that we are in good hands.

Lance what you say is true about the improvements made by this lady, but it is also true that she has been involved in very negative situations and has lied to cover her mistakes. There are too many people, children and adults and employees who have been mistreated by this agency and SOME of the people running it and working there. It is sad when the good work of some is lost because of people on power trips or trying to cover their own butts by sacrificing other good people. She has done that and so have others high up at this company. Lance, watch out for yourself and your trusting nature because many people who have trusted her have regretted it. Childhelp and the director seem concerned with it's image. Lots of people there care for the children, but it seems like at the top it is all about looking good for the public and the founders rather then actually doing what is right for these children and for the people who work hard, like yourself, to take care of them.

Jane Dough is a coward, anonymously yelling into the darkness, hoping someone will listen. She cries about slander and then attacks these people with such hypocrisy. She is one of many who sit in the cheap seats and pretends she could do better.
I'll tell you something, you are Jane Joke, I work everyday with these wonderful children you say you defend. They deserve the new paint, the new carpet, the new beds, all the improvements in the cottages that have been made since 'Diana' took charge. Were you still in the cheap seats back then? I remember before 'Diana', a cottage was even boarded up with no children and the others needed the improvements mentioned. Where were you???? Since 'Diana', the on grounds school has tripled in student population and also helps many community children receive their education. Transportation to school and home provided.
I have worked for 'Diana' at a different facility. There, I helped this wonderful lady start a C.I.F. Varsity High School football team for probation youths. Movies are made about such accomplishments. Where were you???
So, I say to you Jane Joke, quit calling people names, talking about their families, and just being ugly. Back into the darkness with you, scale the castle wall from which you came. Perch yourself next to your fellow gargoyles and convince them how good you are.
